Dell has unveiled its brand new Snapdragon X-powered laptops in the XPS, Inspiron, and Latitude series featuring Elite & Plus chips.

Qualcomm's Snapdragon X SOCs are here and Dell is rolling out its brand new laptops featuring the chips.

Starting at the top, we have the Dell XPS 14 Snapdragon Edition which comes in the 12-Core "Elite" & 10 Core "Plus" configurations. Both chips pack up to 45 TOPs NPU and feature Adreno graphics chips. In terms of memory, you will be getting up to 64 GB of LPDDR5x (Dual-Channel) RAM running at 8400 MT/s speeds. In addition to memory, the storage options will include up to 4 TB PCIe 4 SSD.

Dell's XPS 14 Snapdragon Edition laptops also feature a 13.4-inch display which comes win FHD+ InfinityEdge, QHD+ InfinityEdge and 3K OLED options with up to 500 nits brightness. The chassis comes with a CNC machined aluminum design with CCorning Gorilla Glass 3 and Victus options (Victus for OLED). I/O on the laptop includes WIFI7, Bluetooth 5.4, and two USB4 Type-C ports with DP2.1 / Power adapter support. The battery is a 55wHr pack that receives power through a 60W AC adapter. The whole thing weighs up to 2.6lbs. Dell XPS 13 Snapdragon Edition laptops will hit retail later this year with starting prices of $1299 US. The laptop will come in Platinum and Graphite color options.

Next up, we have the the Dell Inspiron 14 and Inspiron 14 Plus 7441 which come with the same two Snapdragon X configurations. The memory options include up to 16 GB LPDDR5X 8400 MT/s ram, up to 1 TB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSDs, and a 14-inch 16:10 QHD+ (2560x1600) Anti-Glare IPS panel with up to 400 nits of brightness.

I/O on the laptops includes 2 USB4 (Type-C), a single USB 3.2 Type-A, a Micro SD card reader, WIFI7+BT5.4, & a headset jack. The battery is a 54 Whr design that is charged by the 65W Type-C adapter and the whole system weighs at 1.4kg for the base configuration. These laptops will start at $1099 US with the Inspiron 14 Plus hitting pre-orders on the 20th of May followed by availability later this year.

Last up, we have the Dell Latitude 7455 (Snapdragon X Elite) and Latitude 5455 (Snapdragon X Plus) options. The laptops come with an aluminum body in Titan Gray colors which feature a 14" 16:10 QHD+ IPS panel with 400 nits of brightness.  Once again, the laptop comes in a range of Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite and options.

Memory options include up to 32 GB LPDDR5x 8488 MT/s ram, up to 1 TB of M.2 PCIe Gen4 SSD, and all the latest I/O support such as 2 USB4 Type-C, 1 USB 3.2 Gen1, an external uSIM card tray, a fingerprint reader inside the power button, a micro SD reader, and WIFI7+BT5.4 support. The whole system will weigh 1.44kg for the baseline configuration.

Dell hasn't mentioned any price for the Latitude series but the availability is mentioned for later this year.
