Colorful Unveils iGame B760M Ultra Z Motherboard With White PCB & Backside Connectors, Priced at $154

Colorful has unveiled its brand new backside connector motherboard, the iGame B760M Ultra Z, which also adopts a stunning white look.
Colorful is one of the many manufacturers that are adopting the backside/hidden connector design for its products. We have seen them offer a range of graphics cards with such designs & has also launched its CVN B760M Frozen motherboard which offered this layout in a budget-tier board offering. Now, the company is offering even better products such as the iGame B760M Ultra Z which has been designed in partnership with DIY-APE, a brand known for making customized back-side connector designs for motherboard manufacturers.
Starting with the specifications, the Colorful iGame B760M Ultra Z motherboard comes with the LGA 1700 socket and the B760 chipset which means that it targets the mainstream motherboard segment. The CPU socket is powered by a 12+1+1 phase power design and receives power through an 8+4 pin connector layout featured on the back of the motherboard. Four DDR5 DIMM slots support up to 7200+ MT/s memory with up to 192 GB capacity support.
Expansion slots on the motherboard include a PCIe 5.0 x16, a PCIe 4.0 x4, and three M.2 slots (Gen 4x4). All three M.2 slots are attached to large heatsinks and the same goes for the VRM and PCH. It can be seen that Colorful has adopted a very pleasant white and silver aesthetic for its iGame Ultra Z B760M motherboard which even comes with a large "Ultra" logo accent plate that lights up with LEDs. On the backside, you can also find the 24-pin ATX connector, USB headers, four SATA ports & a range of RGB/fan headers.
I/O on the motherboard includes a USB 3.2 Gen2 (Type-C), 2 USB 3.2 Gen1 (Type-A), four USB 2.0, HDMI/DP outputs, a 2.5 GbE LAN port, and WIFI6 support. The motherboard costs 1199 RMB but is currently on promotion at JD for 1099 which is around $154 US, making it a decent mainstream option on the market.
