It is reported that AMD is currently investigating a claim of breach within its data networks which may have compromised several confidential files which might potentially include product details, source codes, future product plans, and employee information such as User IDs, emails, etc. The whole list of data that may have been compromised has been listed by HackRead as the following:

Replying to Bloomberg, AMD states that they are currently investigating the data breach and have involved law enforcement agencies in the investigation to see the extent of the breach. Following is AMD's statement:
We are aware of a cybercriminal organization claiming to be in possession of stolen AMD data.
We are working closely with law enforcement officials and a third-party hosting partner to investigate the claim and the significance of the data.

Back in June 2022, AMD encountered a similar hack from extortion group, RansomHouse, who claimed to have stolen 450 Gb worth of data. NVIDIA was also hacked by a similar group known as Lapsus$ back in 2022 and the details of several next-generation GPUs were leaked out such as Blackwell which was officially revealed by the firm this year at GTC 2024. Other leaked data that was part of the hack included DLSS & LHR source codes. The group was also involved in a leak around Rockstar's GTA 6 but was reportedly apprehended by law enforcement agencies though the group remains active.
A sample of the leaked data has been posted online at the Breach Forums, however, we will wait for AMD's response on the matter to know the exact extent of this hack.
