AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT 12 GB GPU Drops Down Below $400 US Making It A More Sensible Option

AMD's Radeon RX 7700 XT has fallen below $400 US, making it a more sensible GPU option for gamers with a 12 GB VRAM.
Well, the GPU industry seems to be in inventory correction, with widespread cost cuts across both AMD & NVIDIA products, with the first one gaining much more significant traction. Now, AMD's Radeon RX 7700 XT GPU has seen a price discount wave, as several models see price drops. The GPUs retail for $399.99, a $20 drop from its official MSRP. Interestingly, Newegg and Amazon US have listed the models at discounted prices, which means the drop isn't exclusive to a particular vendor.
The AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT 12 GB GPU was mostly overshadowed by the Radeon RX 7800 XT 12 GB GPU at launch due to a $50 US difference. The Radeon RX 7800 XT has dropped down in price a bit too, usually retailing around $470-$480 US so that made things even worse for the 7700 XT but that is no longer the case with the recent price drops which further push the prices as low as $394.
Variants of the AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT 12 GB GPU from Sapphire, ASRock, and PowerColor have witnessed the drop, with dual and triple-fan models in the list. Here are the links to where you can acquire AMD's Radeon RX 7700 XT models at a discount; note that these are affiliate links:
For a quick rundown on specifications, AMD's Radeon RX 7700 XT features a slightly cut-down Navi 32 XL GPU with 54 RDNA 3 Compute Units that pack 3456 cores. These cores are clocked at up to 2544 MHz, offering up to 35 TFLOPs of FP32 compute performance. The graphics card's memory specifications include 12 GB VRAM that operates at up to 18 Gbps pin speeds across a 192-bit comprehensive bus interface.
It seems like the trend of price cuts is here to stay. With the markets approaching next-gen GPU launch timelines, we might see more vigorous drops, similar to what we saw with AMD's Radeon RX 7900 XT in the UK region.
