MSI QD-OLED Gaming Monitors Receive New Firmware Update, DSC Switch Added Among Various Fixes

MSI has rolled out the latest firmware update for its QD-OLED gaming monitors which includes several new features, fixes, and optimizations.
The addition of DSC switch to the OSD allows users to turn off the feature to enable DLDSR & DSR modes through the NVIDIA control panel while the HDMI PC/console option now lets users select their resolution of choice instead of being limited to just 4K mode. Another interesting feature is the ability to switch between 24.5" and 27" options in the OSD which works with HDR but not with VRR.
