Minisforum has launched its high-end AtomMan G7 TI/G7 TI SE mini-PCs, packed with Intel's 14th Gen "HX" CPUs & NVIDIA's RTX 40 series GPUs.

Minisforum has been stepping up its game when it comes to releasing high-end compact devices for the market, and the new "AtomMan" series of products is no different. The firm's new set of mini-PCs offers top-notch specifications onboard and comes with a console-FF and a unique design, allowing them to stand out from competitors in the markets. The new AtomMan G7 TI/G7 TI SE mini-PCs feature two different configurations, with the "SE" variant being relatively lower-end compared to the original counterpart.

The Minisforum AtomMan G7 TI mini-PC comes with Intel's Core i9-14900HX "Raptor Lake" mobile CPU, which is the fastest offering in the whole lineup. The CPU features 24 cores (8 P-Cores + 16 E-Cores), 32 threads, up to 5.8 GHz clock speeds, and a maximum turbo power design of 157W (55W PL1).

Intel's Core i9-14900HX is still a capable CPU of its segment, and given that the mobile platform hasn't witnessed any instability issues for now, going with Intel isn't bad at all here. However, Minisforum also offers you Intel's Core i7-14650HX with the AtomMan G7 TI SE, but the core count drops from 24 to 16, along with the pricing as well.

For the onboard GPU, Minisforum AtomMan G7 TI/G7 TI SE mini-PCs come with NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 4070 laptop GPU, featuring 8 GB GDDR6 memory with the standard 35W profile and up to 115W TGP along with the 25W Dynamic Boost Range. It is equipped with 4608 Cores and up to 2175 MHz boost clocks, putting it right at the spot for optimal 1080p to 2K gaming with medium-high settings.

In terms of memory and storage, both mini-PCs come in barebone and on-board offerings, with the latter one giving consumers the option to choose a 32 GB / 1 TB configuration. The AtomMan G7 TI/G7 TI SE mini-PCs support DDR5-5600 memory in dual channels, and for storage, they are equipped with 2x PCIe 4.0 SSD slots and an SD card slot as well, so memory and storage expansion won't be an issue here if you opt for the barebone configuration.

In addition, the AtomMan G7 TI series offers a top-end cooling system with a dual fan cooling module and five copper pipes for heat dissipation. The whole unit is designed to present a futuristic look, offering a grey color scheme with a single-light strip on the front to illuminate the brand's logo. Apart from this, connectivity is topped off with the new mini-PCs, as they feature support for WiFi-7 and come with a dedicated RJ45 port, allowing 2.5G LAN connections.

For pricing, the Minisforum AtomMan G7 TI Mini PC is retailing for $1,279 in the barebone configuration, with 32 GB/ 1 TB offering going up to $1,439. For the SE variant, the barebone system goes for $1,159, while the 32 GB/ 1 TB option retails for $1,327.

For a brand like Minisforum, the prices are certainly a bit to the higher end, but given the capabilities you are getting here, this might be attractive to a consumer looking to step into high-end gaming but having the same vibe you would get with a modern-day console.
