Intel Core Ultra “Meteor Lake” CPU-Powered Laptops Are Here: Here’s The Prices & Release Dates

Intel's Core Ultra "Meteor Lake" CPUs are finally here and there are loads of laptop designs that will be utilizing the next-gen chips.

The abundance of laptop choices and configurations can make it a bit overwhelming for consumers wanting to select the right solution for themselves and even harder to find them so we went out to gather all the laptops that are out in the market right now to make things easier for you. Starting with the ASUS lineup, we have a few new models which include the Zenbook 14 OLED (UX3405) starting at $1299.99 US, the ExpertBook B5 (B5404/B5604), and the ExpertBook CX54 Chromebook Plus (CX5403). These laptops are currently available with baseline specs & ASUS states that more configurations will be available in 2024.

MSI is offering its latest Prestige AI laptops which come in various configurations to select from. We have the Prestige 16 AI Studio (B1VGG/B1VFG/B1VEG), the Prestige 16 AI Evo (B1MG) & the Prestige 13 AI EVO (A1MG). These 13" laptops start at $1049 US while the 16" variants start at $1399 US.

ACER is offering its high-end Predator Triton NEO 16 series which comes equipped with a discrete GPU and prices starting at $1499.99 US. These laptops will be available in March 2024. ACER also has its mainstream Swift GO 14 laptops which will start at $799.99 US with availability expected in January 2024 for the US market.

Lenovo has debuted its ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen12 and ThinkPad X1 2-in-1 Gen9 laptops based on the new Intel Core Ultra "Meteor Lake" CPUs. The ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen12 will first become available this month in limited configurations starting at $2989 US while more configurations will be available by March 2024. The 2-in-1 design will be available in March 2024 starting at $2639 US. There's also the Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5i which is available now with a starting price of $1149.99 US.

Samsung has announced four laptop designs as a part of its Galaxy Book 4 series which utilize the Intel Core Ultra "Meteor Lake" CPUs. The Galaxy Book 4 Ultra is the flagship model followed by the Galaxy Book 4 Pro and Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360 series. The company has yet to confirm prices but expects availability in South Korea starting from January 2024.

As expected, it looks like the majority of the laptops and more higher-end configurations will be available in Q1 2024 so expect even more designs to follow up at CES 2024 which is just weeks away.
