NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER GPU launches tomorrow and ASUS is bringing its iconic Noctua OC edition design with the series.
ASUS has made a range of GeForce RTX 30 and RTX 40 series GPUs under the Noctua edition series and the next one is based on NVIDIA's flagship RTX 40 SUPER cards, the GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER.
Once again, ASUS is partnering with Noctua to deliver top-notch GPU cooling and performance in its GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER Noctua OC edition design which comes with the same massive quad-slot cooling solution that incorporates two Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM fans, a dual BIOS design, 0db fan technology and an overclock of up to 2640 MHz, a 3.5% boost over the reference clock speed of 2550 MHz. The following are the main highlights of this graphics card:
Some other additional features include five display outputs which include two HDMI 2.1 and three DisplayPort 1.4 outputs. The Dual-BIOS lets you switch between Performance Mode and Quiet Mode and is located on the back which is easy to access. There's also a small cut-out on the back for the second fan to blow air through.
Just like the previous releases, ASUS will be using a custom PCB design on its GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER Noctua OC edition graphics card and it will come at a premium pricing too. The card is great for users who want the best cooling performance without having to deal with higher noise output. With the NVIDIA RTX 4080 SUPER GPUs launching in retail tomorrow, we will follow up with the pricing of this graphics card.
