AMD Ryzen & Intel Core “Prime Day” CPU Deals: 7950X3D $459, 7900X3D $327, 13900KF $404, 13700KF $266, 12900KF $249

AMD's Ryzen & Intel Core CPUs are now available at some amazing discounts thanks to Amazon's Prime Day deals.

While we are all waiting for next-generation CPUs from AMD (Ryzen 9000) and Intel (Core Ultra 200) Desktop CPUs which are launching soon, the current-generation families from both CPU vendors still offer great performance and value thanks to various discounts and deals that we have seen in the past few months. Now, during the Amazon Prime Day sales, CPUs from both Intel and AMD are available at even better deals so let's look at some of the best chips we can find.

Starting with the AMD Ryzen 7000 CPUs, we first have the 3D V-Cache chips which have seen some incredible deals. The Ryzen 9 7950X3D with its 16 cores and 128 MB of L3 cache are now available at a low price of just $459.99 US (-34% versus MSRP). The AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D CPU which packs 16 cores and the same 128 MB of L3 cache is also available at a spectacular price of $327.98 US (-45% versus MSRP).

Moving over to the non-3D V-Cache SKUs, the AMD Ryzen 9 7900X is also available for $342.00 US (-38% versus MSRP) and while it may not feature the same 128 MB of L3 cache, it does offer great multi-threaded performance versus the 3D V-cache part. The flagship Ryzen 9 5950X is priced at just $292.59 US (-19% off), the Ryzen 9 5900X is priced at $222.00 US (-61% off), $191.00 US (-57% off), the Ryzen 7 5700X3D is priced at $183.00 US (-27% off), the Ryzen 7 5700X is priced at $160.85 (-50% off), and the Ryzen 5 5600X is priced at $113.99 US (-19% off).

Coming to the Intel camp, we have some great deals on the 13th-gen and 12th-gen lineup. The Core i9-13900K is currently priced at $404.99 US (-32% off) which is a killer price for this 24-core and 32-thread chip which offers near 14900K performance. Sure there are reports of instability affecting these chips but out of those issues, these are some solid performers in games & apps.
