AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D 8-Core AM4 CPU With 3D V-Cache Now Available For $204

AMD's lowest-priced 8-core 3D V-Cache CPU, the Ryzen 7 5700X3D, is now even more cheaper, making it a great option for AM4 users.
The AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D CPU was launched earlier this year at a price of $249 US. The chip was designed around the AM4 platform, making it a great deal for users running an older chip and just wanted a performance upgrade. Well, the Ryzen 7 5700X3D not only offered 8 high-end cores but it also offered 3D V-Cache, making it faster than some of the more mainstream options from Intel.
The AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D CPU is very similar to the 5800X3D in specifications with 8 cores & 16 threads. It comes with a reduced clock speed of 3.0 GHz base and 4.1 GHz boost but retains the 105W TDP and also gets 100 MB of cache (96 MB L3 + 4 MB L2). The chip still lacks overclocking support but the main selling point is its price which was seen as very disruptive for gamers.
Several retailers have now listed the chip for a reduced price which is up to $44 US below its MSRP. Both Amazon and Walmart have the CPU currently listed for $204.99 US while others have dropped the prices too, and the highest price is currently $218 US which is still way below the MSRP.
The cut needed to happen since the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D itself saw discounts down to $249 US but the latest listings have it around $299 US.
AMD is the only CPU maker at the moment that has incorporated 3D V-Cache stacks on its high-end desktop and laptop lineups. The first chip was introduced back in 2022 and we have seen six new releases, three in the AM4 and three in the AM5 generation so far. The Ryzen 7 5700X3D is a nice little chip that can boost gaming performance by a lot and if you are looking for something even better, the Ryzen 7 7800X3D is always there which is regarded as one of the best gaming chips and also one of the most efficient chips on the market.
