AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT GPU Gets Official Price Drop, Now Available For $419 US

AMD has officially dropped the price of its mainstream Navi 32 GPU, the Radeon RX 7700 XT, to $419 US, just a few months after its release.
The AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT GPU was seen as a slightly lower value compared to the Radeon RX 7800 XT since both cards had a $50 US difference in terms of pricing. The RX 7700 XT had an MSRP of $449 US while the RX 7800 XT had an MSRP of $499 US.
Knowing this, AMD has decided to give the RX 7700 XT a second chance with a price drop of $30 US which brings it down to $419 US. While the price drop isn't big, the difference in the pricing between the 7800 XT & 7700 XT is now $80 US which can make users opt for the lower-priced offering. Following are some of the main highlights of the Radeon RX 7700 XT GPU:
The AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT features a slightly cut-down Navi 32 XL GPU with 54 RDNA 3 Compute Units that pack 3456 cores. These cores are clocked at up to 2544 MHz, offering up to 35 TFLOPs of FP32 compute performance. The GPU is also packed with 54 RT accelerator cores, 108 AI cores, and 96 ROPs. The card has a TBP that's very close to the 7800 XT at 245W which is also higher than its predecessor.
Memory specifications of the graphics card include a very welcomed 12 GB VRAM that operates at up to 18 Gbps pin speeds across a 192-bit wide bus interface. The GPU also packs 48 MB of the 2nd Gen Infinity Cache that is packed within the 3 of the 4 MCDs (for this SKU). You can expect all the latest features such as AV1 hardware encoding, and DisplayPort 2.1 & HDMI 2.1 from the graphics card.
